Onsite - employment Training
Onsite is an extension of the PeopleLine business plan, but more client facing. It was important to withhold the brand feel whilst not seeming to be leaning towards any sector in particular, providing clear services in the next steps following high volume staffing.
During the peak festival period these specific campaigns brought in hundreds of candidates each week. Due to the great results that came the previous year the client stayed on with PeopleLine, which is unheard of within recruitment as Festival staffing is notoriously difficult.
